The daily room rate includes VAT, accommodation with breakfast (buffet breakfast), sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and the fitness room.
Taxes:
Tourist tax is payable separately on site: 590 HUF / person / night, over 18 years of age. The tourist tax can be paid on the spot in cash or by bank card.
Arrival, departure:
The rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of the arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure.
Our hotel provides an early check-in and late check-out at an additional cost depending on the occupancy of the room. For a longer stay, please contact the hotel directly before arrival.
We inform our guests that our hotel's kitchen is available every day until 10:00pm. Buffet dinner is served until 8:00pm.
Rooms are kept until 6:00pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive later, please let the reception know on telephone, otherwise the room can be sold.
Cancellation policy:
The Guest undertakes to inform the affected hotel in writing about the possible cancellation, modification or any other change prior to the start of the service ordered by him or her.
In the case of individual orders a penalty free cancellation - unless otherwise agreed with the guest - is possible 14 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival we charge a penalty of 30%, if cancelled within 7 days, 50% of the price of the services ordered is the amount of the penalty.
If the guest does not arrive or does not cancel the order within the due deadline, the penalty rate will be 75% of the total value of the reservation until 18:00 on the day before the arrival date; in case of a cancellation after this date or lack of cancellation the penalty is 100% of the total reservation.
Extraordinary Cancellation Terms: 30% deposit, festive and special season(during high season).

Parking:
We provide for our guests in our closed parking lot (limited number) 1.270 HUF. Parking cannot be booked in advance; places are filled in the order of arrival.
