Early arrival and late departure are permitted depending on availability. Early check-in is possible from 10:00 (AM) onwards for an additional fee of 5000 HUF per room, and late check-out is possible until 18:00 (6:00 PM) for an extra fee of 5000 HUF per room. We provide storage and luggage transportation options at the reception.Before settling the bill, the staff will inspect the rooms for the presence of equipment and other items. The room and its furnitures must be used for their original function
Our room rates include access to the hotel's steam cabin, Finnish sauna, fitness room, and whirlpool bath.
Cashless Payment Option
The bill can be settled using credit or debit cards, as well as other cashless payment methods.

Secure Parking: The hotel's courtyard features a parking lot available to our guests at a rate of 1270 HUF per vehicle per night. The parking lot in front of the hotel is a paid parking area.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire interior of the hotel, with designated smoking areas on the terrace (near the main entrance). On the door of the room you can find your room’s floor layout. The arrow shows the way to the emergency exit. In case of fire, please leave your room and the building according to the way shown on this map.
Dogs and other pets: Pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms. Thank you for your understanding!
About our restaurant (II. class)
The restaurant is at our guests' disposal every day from 07:00 to 22:00 (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM), and a la carte orders are accepted until 21:30 (9:30 PM). We offer the preparation of dietary meals in our restaurant.
Breakfast:
Buffet-style breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant between 07:00 and 10:00 (7:00 AM and 10:00AM). In the case of early departure, we can prepare a cold package, which can be ordered the night before at the hotel reception.
Dinner:
Buffet-style dinner is available from 18:00 to 20:00 (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM) (for an additional fee or according to the ordered package).
The bar is open from 00:00 to 24:00 (12:00 AM to 12:00 PM), providing seating and beverage service.
Wellness Information:
Tanning Bed (Solarium) Usage:
The tanning bed (solarium) operates with 100 HUF coins and is located in the basement.
Bathrobe Rental:
Bathrobes can be rented at the reception for 500 HUF per piece per day.
Cosmetic Treatments, Massage:
These treatments are available in the basement and in the winter garden. Guests can register at the reception or with the therapists.
Hot Tub, Sauna, Fitness Room, and Steam Cabin Usage: Complimentary for hotel guests. Available between 12:00 and 22:00 (12:00 PM and 10:00 PM) in the wellness area behind the reception in the basement.
Towel and Bedding Replacement:
Towels placed on the bathroom floor are changed daily without request. If guests inform the housekeeping staff, daily replacement can also be arranged. Bedding is usually changed a minimum of 2 times a week or daily upon request. Cleaning occurs at least every 2 days, or guests can request daily cleaning using the "Cleaning Requested" sign placed on the door. Trash is emptied daily.
Additional blankets and pillows can be requested upon special request.
Leisure Services:
Bowling Alley:
Located adjacent to the hotel, there are 2 lanes available at a rate of 4,000 HUF per hour per lane. The lanes operate between 10:00 and 21:00 (10:00 AM and 9:00 PM). Please settle the lane fee and beverage consumption at the reception.
Playroom for Children:
A playroom is available for children in the room opposite the winter garden.
Baby Services: Upon request, guests can request a travel crib, baby bathtub, step stool, toilet seat reducer, changing table, baby mattress, high chair, bottle warmer, baby monitor, and a vacuum nasal aspirator.
Guests can request transfers at the reception for an additional fee.
Additional Services:
For a fee: toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, sewing kit.
Free of charge: international adapters, phone chargers, iron, ironing board, shower chair, use of a shoe-cleaning machine, umbrella.
Wake-Up Service:
At the requested time, our hotel staff will personally or via phone wake you up.

Conference Information:
In our conference room, guests have access to a projector, flip chart, internet connection, sound system, and writing materials. The conference room, which has natural lighting, is available for an additional fee.
Laundry Services:
We provide laundry (dry cleaning), ironing, and sewing services.
Ironing:Within 1 hour (between 8:00 and 20:00 (8:00 AM and 10:00 PM)).
Laundry: If dropped off before 9:00 in the morning, requested repairs and cleaning will be ready on the same day (excluding weekends).
Plastic bags for laundry are provided in each room for submitting dirty clothes for washing.
Thermal Spa Opening Hours: From January 1, 2024, open from 08:00 to 20:00 (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) (inquire at the reception for extended weekend hours). The room rate does not include the entrance to the thermal spa, except for package deals. Entrance can only be purchased at the spa cashier. Wristband:Please note that wearing wristband is compulsory in the thermal spa!
